One of the techs, Aaron, came to our home to repair the clock on our Whirlpool 25 years plus stove and tighten the oven door handle. Because of its age, the clock could not be fixed. We have had different service men and companies through out the years and never used the same one twice. I think that may change . Jerry was very nice, respectful . Gave me a lot of information and care tips on the appliance he was working on and a few others that were around the house. He seemed very genuine when explaining what was happening and didn’t make me feel like I was being up charged or taken advantage of because I am a women and tend to know less.
