We have had different service men and companies through out the years and never used the same one twice. I think that may change . Jerry was very nice, respectful . Gave me a lot of information and care tips on the appliance he was working on and a few others that were around the house. He seemed very genuine when explaining what was happening and didn’t make me feel like I was being up charged or taken advantage of because I am a women and tend to know less.
